After months of looking we have finally found a dog friendly place! We were hoping for a place that allowed dogs (check), hardwood floors (check), upgraded appliances (check), a bath tub (check), and a washing machine (still hoping for that one of these days). We were sad to leave our first place in the city, but so excited for this new chapter.
A few of the things I will miss about Noe:

***Hearing people scream as if on a roller coaster as they come over our incredibly steep hill
***The hill and the view
***The Parking
***Happy Doughnuts (they do make me oh so happy)
***AND the 4 amazing years of memories we made there.
It felt like such a gamble to move from a place we loved so much, but now that we have it over and done with we are so so happy we did. Enjoy the pics of the new place before and after we moved in! We have a little more furniture to buy, paint to throw on the walls (mom?), pictures to hang/arrange, rugs to purchase (mom and dad- we need some suggestions!), and a puppy dog!!! Hopefully my next post will be all about our new family member :)

Sorry for the horrible lighting ;). There are mirrors in nearly every room so it may be a little confusing, but hopefully this gives an idea of what the new place is like. It has the classic SF split bath; which I actually really like so far :) Come visit!!

oh my. . . I love it! and can't wait til we get there in Oct. We can certainly get some painting done if you'd like, but it looks amazing the way it is! Be "scouting out" rugs, etc. I feel like some shoppin!
